HE kept police at bay for three weeks but Ryan Scott Jackson wasn't going anywhere as he sat handcuffed in the dock of the Caboolture Magistrates Court on Thursday.

With dried blood on his cheek the 26-year-old from Meldale indicated to Magistrate Mark Bucknall he would plead guilty at a future date before he was taken back into custody.

Jackson is facing charges for 33 offences believed to be committed in the Caboolture and Sunshine Coast districts over the past three weeks.

He was arrested on July 16 following an incident in Woodford where police were called to a George St address in relation to a stolen vehicle when a man allegedly became aggressive and fled from police.

Another attempt was made to steal a vehicle from a George St address before a vehicle was stolen from a residence in Archer St.

Jackson has been charged with 33 offences including six counts of stealing, four counts each of unlawful use of a motor vehicle and obstruct police, eight counts each of receiving stolen property, two counts of entering a dwelling with intent and unlicensed driving and one count each of evade police, possessing a utensil and driving without due care and attention.

Jackson was remanded in custody with no application for bail and he will reappear in the Caboolture Magistrates Court for a committal mention on September 19.
