Are you UGLY enough?
IT doesn't take beer goggles to embrace these UGLY people, but a bar is necessary.
The Leukaemia Foundation is on the hunt for UGLY bartenders.
The catch is you have to be understandable, generous, likeable, yourself and a bartender - achievable right?
If you think you are UGLY enough to raise money for the charity in the bar of your choice, with your employer's approval, of course, you could win big.
The best UGLY from each state has the potential to snag stellar prizes including holidays from Top Deck.
The winning bar can claim a fully installed ice machine from Hoshisaki.
Other prizes include theatre systems, coffee machines, iPads and loads more.
All money raised goes to helping the Leukaemia Foundation support people with blood cancer.
Every $80 raised can provide a regional family with a fully furnished home away from home for one night near a major hospital if they have to move close for treatment.
With the support of Leukaemia Foundation Caboolture president, Jane McMillan, Hogs Breath Cafe bartender Kylie Blatchford will take part in the UGLY fundraiser and she is in it to win it.
Even if you don't win, all UGLY contestants receive an awesomely UGLY kit with t-shirts, posters, bar mats and more.
To enter convince your bar to back you, make a plan to raise money, aim high - there is a minimum so check the website for details, have fun for a serious cause, publicise and promote, embrace the web and bank your raised cash by the deadline.
