UPDATE: Police wish to advise the man reported missing from Ningi has been located safe and well.

Police would like to thank members of the public and the media for their assistance in this matter.


EARLIER: Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Ningi.

Benjamin Freeman, 19, was last seen at a home on Bestman Road around 8am on Sunday.

It is believed he left the house in a white 1998 Nissan Patrol with Queensland registration 487XJW.

Police and family are concerned for his welfare.

Mr Freeman is described as Caucasian in appearance with a slim build, around 173 centimetres tall with brown hair and blue eyes.

Anyone who may have seen Mr Freeman or knows where he is urged to contact police.
