A TWO vehicle crash on the Bruce Highway near the Bribie Island off-ramp has caused delays going southbound earlier this morning.

Emergency service units attended the scene, which involved a car and a truck, at 7:40am.

A Queensland Police spokesperson said one vehicle "might have spun-out" and confirmed they are now investigating video evidence to find out the cause.

A female in her 50s was transported to Caboolture hospital with complaints of neck pain but is in a stable condition.

Police said the left lane of the Bruce Highway was blocked for a period but was expected to be cleared shortly.

Meanwhile, police confirmed reports of a number of cattle sighted on the northern side of the D'Aguilar Highway at Moodlu.

A Queensland Ambulance spokesperson said one person was transported to Caboolture Hospital with minor injuries at 7:57am after a single vehicle crash was reported at the scene.
