THE father of a missing teenager from Clermont is highly concerned about his daughter.

15-year-old Kaitlyn Earl has been missing from her family home in the small Central Queensland town since 2am this morning.

Speaking with The Bulletin, her father Jason, said this was very out of character for her.

"She was upset about something at school yesterday but would not talk to anyone," he said.

"She has no mobile, no money and very limited clothes on her."

Mr Earl said he and his wife had spoken to all of her friends and all family members and no one has heard from Kaitlyn.

The police have been contacted.
