Armed robber robs from tavern till at Murrumba Downs

POLICE are investigating an armed robbery that occurred in Murrumba Downs tonight.

At about 10pm a man has entered the bar area of a tavern on Dohles Rocks Road and has threatened a staff member with a knife. The man has demanded money from the employee who has compiled.

The man has then left the tavern on foot and was last seen heading down Ogg Road towards the Dohles Rocks Road intersection.

No one was physically injured and police investigations are continuing.
