SAM Frost has taken to her Instagram account to deny rumours of post-Bachelorette heartache.

Interest is ramping up as fans prepare for the final two episodes of the show to air tomorrow and Thursday nights on Channel 10.

Frost's post was in response to a story published by New Idea magazine yesterday claiming she had picked the wrong guy in the show's finale, which has already been filmed in New Zealand.

"I can confirm, I'm not pregnant, confused or had a change of heart," Frost wrote.

"It's been four months, my man and I are still going strong and very happy together."

She also tweeted about her excitement about finally being able to go public with her "gorgeous boyfriend".

Frost warned fans tomorrow's rose ceremony, where she will farewell one of her final three suitors, will be her most emotional yet.

There doesn't seem to be a clear favourite according to the fan-voted love leader board on the show's official website.

"Wednesday night is absolutely heart-breaking," she wrote.

"(A) very sad moment saying goodbye to a truly incredible man."
