Bay man 'trips over pot, becomes aggressive'

A HERVEY Bay man has become aggressive after tripping over a pot plant while leaving a pub, police say.

It was alleged about 11.30pm on Friday, the 32-year-old man was leaving a licensed premises when he fell over a pot and became extremely angry.

He then allegedly picked up the pot and threw it along the footpath, which police say caused a scene.

Police transported the man to the police station where he was issued with a public nuisance disorderly infringement notice.
