BINDI Irwin continues to excel on Dancing With The Stars in the US, this week taking on one of the most famous dancing scenes in pop culture.

The 17-year-old successfully nailed the famous lift from the 1987 cult classic film Dirty Dancing.

She and professional dance partner Derek Hough even enlisted the help of the film's star Jennifer Grey to help them with the rumba routine.

Grey was partnered with Hough for the 11th season of the show and the duo went on to win Hough's third Dancing crown in 2010.

"You are more of who Baby is than I was. The key is to trust," Grey told Irwin during rehearsals.

Irwin and Hough received yet another standing ovation for their performance on the ballroom dancing show, earning their highest score to date - four perfect 10s from the judges.
