Burglary with violence, Deception Bay

DETECTIVES have released images of a man who may be able to assist with their inquiries into a burglary where a man was assaulted at Deception Bay last month.

Around 10am on September 21, a man returned home to his Sarah Court house before being confronted by a man inside the residence.

The man ran out of the house and attempted to steal a vehicle from the driveway. When the resident approached him, the man struck him in the face before fleeing with his wallet.

Anyone who may recognise the man depicted in the CCTV images is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
