Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate a Norman Tomlin missing from Thornlands.

The 84-year-old man was last seen at Josephine St, Camira on February 13.

He is described as Caucasian, slim build, 165 centimetres tall with thinning, grey hair.

He is believed to be driving a Nissan Pathfinder and to have been heading for Cowra New South Wales. The alarm was raised when he did not arrive at his destination.

Police and family have concerns for his welfare because he has a medical condition.

Anyone who sees him is urged to contact police.
