Carpet snakes caught sneaking about in Bundaberg

SNAKES are out and about in the region and NewsMail Facebook friend Danni Feyen has shared photographic proof.

The Avoca woman said she'd seen several around her home last week.

"Snakes are getting bad in Avoca area, we have had four this last week," she said on Monday.

She said it was good if people could watch out for the slithery critters.

"We get heaps here every year," Ms Feyen said.

"They have all been carpet snakes.

"We had two in march as well."
