THREE teenagers have allegedly tortured and bashed a disabled 17-year-old girl after luring her to a park, pretending to be her boyfriend.
It's alleged the three teenage girls, two 15-year-olds and a 12-year-old, lured the disabled teen to a local Moe picnic spot before filming the despicable attack and posting it online.
The incident took place in the early hours of Monday morning where the intellectually disabled teen was forced to inhale broken glass from the smashed screen of her iPhone before her hands were burnt on a sizzling BBQ.
The defenceless teen then had her head smashed repeatedly on a picnic table, leaving her with serious facial injuries.
She was then kicked and punched while laying on the ground with her head down.
The disabled teen was taken to hospital but is now recovering at home.
The victim's mother told Ten News the attack on her daughter was "incomprehensible".
"The amount of times they pummelled her head into that picnic table is disgusting," she said.
"Her face is black and blue, she's unrecognisable."
Detective Senior Constable Michael Thek said senior police claim the incident is what many members describe as the worst they've ever seen.
"The footage is pretty graphic," he said.
"A lot of senior police here say it's one of the worst assaults they've seen in some 30 years".
The three girls have been charged with robbery and assault with the youngest, just 12, released on bail.
