Former union boss faces rape charges in Brisbane court

A FORMER union boss has been granted bail on a rape charge.

He appeared in the Brisbane Magistrates Court this morning, where Magistrate Suzette Coates granted bail on strict conditions.

The man, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was charged overnight.

His case will be mentioned in court again next month.
