knife-wielding robber takes drawer from cash register

A MAN wielding a knife has robbed a service station in Beenleigh overnight. 

Police were called to the business on Logan River Road at 10:15pm after reports a man had robbed the business.

Reports indicate the man produced a knife and demanded money from the attendant.

The staff member complied and the man left with the drawer from the cash register.

No one was physically injured as a result of the robbery. 

Investigations are continuing.
