Lily Allen staying at hotel as 'marriage fears grow'

BANG Showbiz

LILY Allen has been staying at a London hotel for the last week, sparking speculation about the future of her marriage.

The 'Hard Out Here' singer reportedly spent the last week at £1,000-a-night Claridge's hotel while spouse Sam Cooper and their two daughters - Ethel, three, and two year old Marnie - remain at home.

A source said: "It seems strange that Lily would live out of a suitcase in a hotel, no matter how luxurious, rather than stay at her family home or in the London flat she still owns.

"It could be that Lily got a significant discount thanks to a sponsor who wanted her seen at their Fashion Week party.

"If not then £1,000 a night is a crazy amount to spend, especially when she could stay in her apartment for free."

Lily, 30, was spotted at a string of London Fashion Week parties last week and it's said that her antics have caused headache among Claridge's staff.

The insider added: "Some of the hotel staff have been grumbling about her stay because she comes and goes at all hours and is always trying to sneak out the side doors."
