POLICE are seeking public assistance to help locate a 13-year-old girl missing from Deception Bay.  

She was last seen at 4.30pm Friday, September 8 in Bailey Rd and suffers from a medical condition.  

She is described as Caucasian in appearance, 155cm tall, medium build and was last seen wearing a black and grey t-shirt, denim shorts, thongs, blue & black superman hat (as pictured) and carrying a blue back-pack.  

Police are appealing for her or anyone who knows her whereabouts to contact police.
