Missing girl in Morayfield

POLICE are appealing for public assistance to help find a 14-year-old girl missing from Morayfield.

The girl left a Crestwood Avenue address around 5.30pm on Tuesday, March 22.  She was sighted yesterday (Wednesday) around 11:45am at a railway station at Morayfield with a teenage boy and it is believed she may have been heading south.

Concerns are held for her welfare as she has not been in contact with family since Tuesday.

She is described as Caucasian, 162cm tall, of average build with shoulder length blonde hair.  She was last seen wearing blue denim shorts, a white singlet and sneakers and was carrying a black bag with gold banding.

Anyone who has any information regarding her whereabouts is urged to contact Crimestoppers on 1800 333 000.
