Narangba store robbed at gunpoint

POLICE are investigating after a Narangba convenience store was robbed last night by two men.

Around 8.10pm two men went to the Mains Street store. One man remained outside whilst the second man entered the store and approached the female attendant at the counter.

He presented a bag and a handgun demanding money.

After taking cash the man has run from the store along with the first man who had remained outside.

No one was physically injured.

The man who entered the store is described as Caucasian, 182cm tall.

The man who remained outside was carrying a machete.
