Police seeking public assistance to help locate a 17-year-old girl reported missing from Harristown.

The girl was last seen at an address on Talbot Street on March 15 but hasn't been seen since.

Concerns are held for her welfare due to the amount of time she has been missing.

She is described as being Aboriginal in appearance, 160cms tall has a slim build and brown hair.

It is believed she may frequent the Woodridge area.

Anyone that has seen her is being urged to contact Policelink on 131 444.
