Man missing from Lota has been found

UPDATE: The man reported missing from Lota has now been located safe and well.

EARLIER: POLICE are appealing for public assistance to help locate a man reported missing from Lota.

Robert Main, 55, was last seen at an address on Grace Street around 8am yesterday but hasn't been seen or made contact with anyone since.

Police hold concerns for Mr Mains welfare as he suffers from a medical condition.

He is described as Caucasian in appearance, around 180cms tall, has a proportionate build and short brown hair.

Anyone who has seen Mr Main or has any information which may be able to assist is being urged to contact police
