Police ask for help finding woman missing from Caboolture

POLICE are appealing for public assistance to help locate a 47-year-old woman missing reported missing from Caboolture yesterday.

Angela Condon was last seen getting into a blue 2001 Ford Falcon Sedan with Queensland registration 990GUV at King Street in Caboolture around 3pm. She has not been seen or heard from since.

Police and family are concerned for Angela's welfare as the behaviour is out of character and she suffers from a medical condition.
