A JOKE about three police officers parked outside a Tamborine Mountain restaurant has gone viral.

The photo shows three police motorbikes in front of Three Little Pigs Bar & Bistro on Main Street at Tamborine North.

The restaurant passed comment about the viral photo on a Facebook post.

"Yes the boys have a great sense of humour," the comment read.

"It was great having them pop in again."

The photo has been shared almost 4500 times from a post on the Facebook page 'Brisbane Speed Cameras & Traffic Locations'.
