Recovery underway in city centre

A POLICE heavy vehicle operation is currently underway in the Sydney suburb of Ultimo, New South Wales.  

A truck and trailer have become detached on William Henry St at around noon today.   

Recovery was underway with two heavy vehicle salvage tows on the scene.  

William Henry Street remained closed during the salvage causing moderate traffic issues in the city.
