Serial drug offender caught with 111 viagra tablets

A MAN who has appeared in court on drug charges four times in five years has again fallen on hard times.

Police found 1.3 grams of marijuana and 111 talbets of viagra obtained without a prescription when they raided Kym Rodney Hagean's home on September 14.

He appeared in Dalby Magistrates Court on Monday.

Hagean maintained in court that he needed cannabis for his PTSD, a claim which was backed up by his extensive psychiatric history, the court heard.

"I only smoke of an evening - I don't do any of those other filthy drugs," he said.

Magistrate Kay Ryan had sentenced Hagean four times in the past five years, on similar charges.

She recorded the conviction, and released him under probation, under no special condition requiring him to pass urine tests
