Sugababes' Amelle Berrabah to file for divorce

BANG Showbiz

SUGABABES' Amelle Berrabah is reportedly planning to file for divorce from her husband Marcio Sousa Rosa.

The 31-year-old singer only tied the knot with her beau 12 months ago in Mauritius but it seems things have turned sour as she's threatened to terminate their marriage.

A source told The Sun newspaper: "It's been a difficult few months for them and the marriage is on its last legs. Amelle is struggling to recognise Marcio as the same man she married. The honeymoon period is definitely over and he is spending a lot of time away from the family home.

"During a recent heated row Amelle told him she wanted a divorce, but as yet they haven't filed legal proceedings."

The brunette beauty sparked rumours her relationship was on the rocks last week when she changed her handle back to her maiden name across her social networking sites.

Just last year, the pair couldn't have been more loved up as they tied the knot in a low-key ceremony, six days after Marcio popped the question during a trip to the exotic island.

Despite Amelle's family not being there to witness the wedding, the stunner described her big day as "perfect."
