Two people involved in car and bus crash in Emerald

TWO people have been taken to Emerald Hospital after a crash involving a car and a bus on the Capricorn Hwy at 7.30am. 

Ambulance crews arrived on scene and found a male, 50, and woman were out of their vehicles.

The two patients were suffering from chest and back pain and transported in a stable condition.

The crash happened 2-3km outside of Emerald heading towards Blackwater.
