You don't need any spiritual belief to practise mindfulness and start developing the ability to enjoy every moment of our life.
Week 1 Breath, body scan and sound meditations & the benefits of mindfulness and the science of why it works
Week 2 Thoughts and emotions meditations & working with difficult thoughts/emotions, developing positive ones
Sessions are led by Venerable Drolkar (Jaya), a western nun in the tradition of H.H. the Dalai Lama. Ven. Drolkar has a degree in Applied Ethics, leads classes in mindfulness at Griffith University and Langri Tangpa Buddhist Centre and is known for her warm and friendly nature.
